Surcharges

$2.50 staff travel fee 

  • Charged per visit

  • For all our serviceable areas see more

A 20% surcharge will be applied to:

  • Any visits scheduled less than 48 hours in advance

  • Any visits scheduled less than four days before a major holiday

  • Any visit outside our serviceable areas (Marion, Orange & Seminole County, FL)

 

Holiday surcharge $15 for house stay and $10 for daily visits that fall on the following holidays:

  • Memorial Day

  • 4th of July

  • Labor Day

  • Thanksgiving (and the day after Thanksgiving)

  • Christmas Eve

  • Christmas Day

  • New Year's Eve

  • New Year's Day

 

Cancellations:

  • 3 or more days - No Charge

  • 1-2 days before date of service - 50% of fees billed

  • Same day cancellation - No Refund
